Before you get started, please make sure you meet the following requirements.
Requirements:
- Note your Installation ID which is inside the Welcome email.
- You have full access to the Device being rooted / jailbroken / that FlexiSPY’s being installed on.
- If rooting / installing FlexiSPY on an android phone, you must have access to a Windows PC.
- If jailbreaking / installing FlexiSPY on an iPhone, or iPad, you must have access to either a Mac or Windows PC.
- If this service is being performed on a phone, you must have the phone’s original USB.
- Your computer needs its own internet connection.
- Temporary installation of TeamViewer may be needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Your FlexiSPY software subscription account details.
